As our name implies, we are a very little farm, with a small herd, never over fifteen. We spend a great deal of quality time with each animal. Our llamas are beautiful and have agreeable personalities. They are lovingly tended and are well trained on halter and lead. We handle their legs regularly as nail trimming and grooming are a natural part of their regime.

Serenity Acres Mountain Laurel

In High Hopes X Loma Lulu

Elegant, correct and regal looking, Laurel also displays excellent guard instincts. Laurel is our llama of choice when youngsters come to our farm.  She is easily led and seems to really enjoy the attention of young people.  A proven breeder with plenty of milk, Laurel will be bred to Argentine Gustavo for a half-Argentine cria due fall, 2010.  Laurel is ILR/AMLA registered and is on our “For Sale” page.

El Mirage

39"
DOB:  3/2/06
El Forte X Silver Mirage of Glenmor

Mirage, our 2008 Virginia Classic Grand Champion, is lovely to watch - every bit the lady with that spark that makes owning llamas so much fun as she dances in the fields.  Her fiber is exceptionally soft and is a dark gray.   She delivered the long-overdue Uno-deMayo, whose sire is the dashing Amigo’s Chico, a very small and gorgeous 35.25” stud.  She is shown above with her new cria.  Mirage is ILR registered and is being registered with AMLA as a Breeding/Foundation Miniature Llama.  Mirage will be bred in the fall, 2009, to our newly acquired Argentine Gustavo for a fall 2010 cria.

Bolivian Vegas Showgirl

36.5”
DOB:  9/14/03

Excellente’ of Bolivia x CV Miss Nevada

This is our Showgirl -- small, beautiful, easy to handle with gorgeous fiber.  She is has been bred to The Fuzzy Farm’s true miniature, full Argentine Santiago for a spring 2010 half Argentine cria.   ILR/AMLA registered.

HFF Love Shak

37”
DOB: 7/22/03
WLL Bolivian Starbuck x HFF Sugar Shak

We call her Ice – with just a bit of spice – in her personality and also because of subtle markings of pale cinnamon.  When sheared her fiber appears more like champagne in color.   We thought a ‘before’ shearing and ‘after’ shearing photo would help show just how much fiber this lovely girl carries.  Ice is bred to the gorgeous full Argentine stud Kobra's Argentine Toro (yup, The Fuzzy Farm’s fabulous boy) for, we pray!, a spring 2010 cria.  Toro's cria have been super wooly and very small.  Combined with Ice’s fiber, we just may have a walking fluff-ball with big ears and long eye lashes… and, of course, that sweet, sweet Argentine personality.  Ice is ILR/AMLA registered.

Lucky Llama Reno

Kebbles X Bolivian Vegas Showgirl
DOB: 3/22/06
37.75"

Reno has such fabulous silky fiber that it’s become the favorite of our spinner, Nita.  Before and after shearing pictures display the abundance of fiber …. She’s also a kisser and just loves her boy, Comet.   Reno will be bred to our newly arrived Argentine Gustavo.  Given her silky fiber and his fiber abundance, this fall 2010 cria should exhibit outstanding traits of both dam and sire.   ILR registered and awaiting AMLA registration papers stating her Mature Miniature Female status.

TFF Thumbellena

DOB 4/15/2005
Bolivian Makin' Whoopee X Chilean Little Miss Muffet

Meet Thumbellena, the daughter of Little Miss Muffet and Bolivian Makin’ Whoopee.   Thumbellena has been bred to the miniature stud, Argentine Santiago.  Santiago has been producing spectacular offspring, and we are anticipating a stunning arrival in spring 2010 from this exceptional sire and dam.
